IPL 2017 Gujarat Lions all rounder enters the injury list

The injury list has been going on adding players ahead of the start of the 10th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The West Indian all-rounder, Dwayne Bravo, who plays for the Gujarat Lions, is the latest entrant to this list. The talented all-rounder had suffered been suffering from a hamstring injury since the Big Bash League 2017 (January) and he is yet to recover.

However, his injury is not that grave that he would miss out on the entire IPL 2017. According to the owner of Gujarat Lions (Keshav Bansal), he is going to miss the initial few matches for his side and then he should be able to reinforce Suresh Raina and co.

“Dwayne Bravo was suffering from a hamstring injury from past few months. We are expecting him to join us in India in 1st week of April. He may miss initial couple of matches," the owner of Gujarat Lions, Keshav Bansal, was quoted as saying by Cricbuzz.

Surprisingly, since the first edition of the IPL, Bravo has not missed a single season and he has always been a crucial player for whichever franchise he has played.

This should not worry the Gujarat Lions coach, think tank and their skipper Raina as they have plenty of options in their ranks.
