Can SRH register their first away win against RPS likely XIs

Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) have a daunting task as they will run into a strong Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) side at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on Saturday afternoon. RPS came back to winning ways after they outclassed Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in their previous game. That win gave them a major boost to their confidence as they had lost three matches in a row prior to that.

Apart from Steve Smith and Ajinkya Rahane, not many RPS batsmen have shown signs of form. However, MS Dhoni did show glimpses of his past when he was batting against RCB but could not carry on with the start. Rahul Tripathi has been a revelation for them as well. Despite getting good starts at the top of the order, RPS batsmen have failed to capitalise and have given away several opportunities to capitalise on situations.

Smith and co. cannot afford lacklustre as they will run into a bowling-heavy SRH side. David Warner would consider himself to be lucky as a number of matches have gone their way because of his bowlers, especially Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who has been incredibly outstanding with his bowling. The lanky pacer is sitting right at the top of the wicket-takers list in IPL 2017.

Kane Williamson was given an opportunity at the top order in the last game against Kings XI Punjab and he proved yet again why he is considered as one of the best in world cricket. Yuvraj Singh had made a promising start to the tournament but he too has fallen out of form. Warner has been in his prime so far and he would love to continue with his fiery form against RPS as well.
