Japanese students clicked selfies with UP CM Yogi Adityanath during a programme in Lucknow. They affectionately called him "Yogi-san" and shared their India experience.
A meeting between Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Japanese students in Lucknow turned into a cheerful photo session when the students excitedly took selfies with him. The interaction took place on Friday, August 21, at the Chief Minister's residence under the UP Japan Investment Meeting.

The event, titled 'A Dialogue with the Future,' had 13 Japanese students and their faculty members interacting with local students. Yogi began his address with "Ohayo Gozaimasu" and spoke about Uttar Pradesh being the country's largest state with a population of over 25 crore.
Cultural performances were held, including a Japanese song and a rendition of 'Kaushalya Dashrath Ke Nandan' by Ishan from Uttar Pradesh. Yogi applauded the Japanese students' performance.
The students later posed for photographs with the CM. Some tried taking selfies from a distance, but Yogi called them closer and happily posed. In one playful moment, a student placed her hand on his shoulder, making him laugh.
The students referred to him as "Yogi-san" and waited eagerly for their turn. Japanese student Miyagi Moto spoke about her experience, saying she wore a bindi for the first time and liked it very much. She described her experience in India as "unique."
