Khela shesh hobe, Vikas hobe: PM Modi slams Mamata at public meeting in Purulia
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has accused the TMC of supporting anti-national forces by attacking them from a public meeting in Purulia.
PM Modi slammed Mamata Banerjee for following appeasement and vote bank politics, using her "Khela Hobe (game on)" phrase to launch an attack on her.
On the same day, Modi said, “Mamata Banerjee's government supports the Maoists for their own benefit. The common people here have to suffer the consequences.”
Attacking Mamata over the Batla House encounter, Modi claimed, "A few days ago, a court in Delhi gave an important verdict on the Batla House encounter. The verdict has exposed the real face behind terrorism in India. In this encounter, Inspector Mohan Chandra Sharma, a brave son of the country, was martyred by a militant. The court sentenced the militant to death. But no one has forgotten the behavior of Mamata Didi and her party at that time. They stood by the terrorists.”
On the same day, Modi claimed that Mamata was appeasing a certain community by taking away the rights of the youth of Jangalmahal.
PM Modi said on May 2, the day the votes for assembly elections will be counted, Banerjee's "khela" (game) will be "shesh" (over) and development will start.
