Stating that India is one of the most open countries across the world, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday invited the global business tycoons to invest in India.
Speaking at the launch of Indian Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020 through virtual format, the prime minister said that India is a powerhouse of talent.

The country is open to learnings, perspectives, innovations and investment, Prime Minister Modi said, adding that India also offers maximum growth in scale and results.

While asking the world to come to India and be a part of its growth story, Prime Minister Modi asked the visitors to visit the 'India Pavilion' for a glimpse of India.
He also urged the world to come to India to explore countless avenues of cultural and economic cooperation.

As part of the government's effort to display its prowess, the Indian Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020 witness the presence of several start-ups from across different sectors.
As per a report, India has become third largest start-up ecosystem in the world after the US and China.

A total of 192 countries are participating in the expo, in which India has the biggest pavilion.
The expo which will be culminated on March 31 next year, will see participation of 15 states and nine central ministries from india.

Like Prime Minister Modi, Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal also invited the world to partner with India and said the country will drive the next phase of global growth.
The Dubai Expo 2020, which coincides with India's celebrations of Amrit Mahotsav, 75 years of Independence, is a platform to showcase the country's vibrant culture and incredibl growth opportunities for the next six months.

Among the states which are participating in this expo, include Gujarat, Karnataka, Ladakh, Telangana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Jammu and Kashmir, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana.
The states will showcase their culture and business opportunities at the India Pavilion.
