<p>Find out from your medical practitioner if your weight gain is due to thyroid-related issues or any other illness such as PCOD, PCOS, gas and acidity related problems etc. Try to perform these postures twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Pay attention to your breathing and try to practice awareness of your breath while performing these postures.
