<p><strong>Poached Eggs: </strong>Unlike hard-boiled eggs, poached eggs are softer in texture and lighter on tummy. Just crack open your eggs in a small bowl carefully without breaking the yolk. Add a tbsp of vinegar and salt in boiling water and toss the whole eggs in the water. In just 5-7 minutes, your eggs would poach and float, and you can lift them out and eat.</p>
