Poached Eggs: Unlike hard-boiled eggs, poached eggs are softer in texture and lighter on tummy. Just crack open your eggs in a small bowl carefully without breaking the yolk. Scrambled Eggs: Just like you made boiled omelette, make oil-free scrambled eggs by whisking eggs along with some milk and pour it in boiling water containing vinegar. In this recipe, use a small amount of water that will be absorbed by the eggs. With the help of chopsticks or fork, keep stirring the egg mixture and scrambling it till the eggs are cooked and the water is absorbed. Season the scrambled eggs with salt and spices.
Baked Eggs: Baked eggs are the best option as you can add many variations to it. Pour whisked or whole eggs in an oven-safe bowl, add onions, tomatoes or any other veggies of your choice along with spices. Put the bowl in the oven to bake for 5-10 minutes. That's about it.
Boiled Eggs/Devilled Eggs: This is the most common dieters' morning meal. To avoid monotony, sprinkle your boiled eggs with spring onions, oregano, herbs, coriander leaves or other such ingredients to add some variety. You can also make devilled eggs - cut the eggs into two parts, scoop out the yolk, mash it with some milk, cottage cheese and spices and place back the yolk mixture inside the egg white well.
Boiled Omelette: This omelette doesn't require oil or butter. Boil water with some vinegar and toss whisked eggs in it. The eggs will form a layer and float in the boiling water.
