Weight loss: Oil-free egg breakfast recipes you can enjoy without a second thought

Are you trying to cut back on oil in your diet for weight loss? It must be a bit hard to fix yourself meals that are oil-free. Sadly, there are not too many recipes around that can do without the essential cooking oil.
A dieter always tries to add lots of proteins to their diet; eggs, more commonly. You can make eggs in different ways without a single drop of oil or butter.
Omelettes, sunny side up, scrambled eggs are some of our favourite egg dishes but require oil or some fat for cooking. You are left with just one option - boiled eggs. Having the same boiled eggs every day can be quite boring. So, try these equally yummy and healthy egg recipes that you can make without oil.
Boiled Omelette: This omelette doesn't require oil or butter. Boil water with some vinegar, and toss whisked eggs in it. The eggs will form a layer and float in the boiling water. Let it cook for some time and take it out. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, green chillies, coriander leaves or any other ingredient of your choice and enjoy this weight loss-friendly omelette. You can also skip adding yolks if you want to.
Poached Eggs: Unlike hard-boiled eggs, poached eggs are softer in texture and lighter on tummy. Just crack open your eggs in a small bowl carefully without breaking the yolk. Add a tbsp of vinegar and salt in boiling water and toss the whole eggs in the water. In just 5-7 minutes, your eggs would poach and float, and you can lift them out and eat.
Baked Eggs: Baked eggs are the best option as you can add many variations to it. Pour whisked or whole eggs in an oven-safe bowl, add onions, tomatoes or any other veggies of your choice along with spices. Put the bowl in the oven to bake for 5-10 minutes. That's about it.
Boiled Eggs/Devilled Eggs: This is the most common dieters' morning meal. To avoid monotony, sprinkle your boiled eggs with spring onions, oregano, herbs, coriander leaves or other such ingredients to add some variety. You can also make devilled eggs - cut the eggs into two parts, scoop out the yolk, mash it with some milk, cottage cheese and spices and place back the yolk mixture inside the egg white well.
Scrambled Eggs: Just like you made boiled omelette, make oil-free scrambled eggs by whisking eggs along with some milk and pour it in boiling water containing vinegar. In this recipe, use a small amount of water that will be absorbed by the eggs. With the help of chopsticks or fork, keep stirring the egg mixture and scrambling it till the eggs are cooked and the water is absorbed. Season the scrambled eggs with salt and spices.
