According to the expert, eating your fruits should be preferred over their juice. However, fruit juice could be a good option in some circumstances.

However, it is okay to have both whole fruit and homemade juices alternatively but you can always choose to switch between the two. If we talk about ease of consumption, then juices are better for obvious reasons.
