When netizens called Kareena Kapoor 'aunty' after seeing these pictures
A few months ago Kareena Kapoor got trolled by her fans and netizens as she shared a few no makeup pictures
Kareena Kapoor was trolled for ‘looking too old’ in her sun-kissed selfie in Tuscany, where she was holidaying with her husband Saif Ali Khan and son Taimur.
There is no doubt that Kareena is one of the ultimate divas of the Indian film industry. She is also known for her fashion sense. Every now and then, we see proof of it in pictures from photoshoots in which she is seen styled by the industry’s best, striking poses for popular designers.
It’s no wonder she receives so many positive comments and can make heads turn. However, as encouraging as the internet is, it has a dark side to it as well.
We all know until last year Bebo doesn’t have an Instagram account. Her team was responsible for the posts on social media, which are often loved.
The only observation a section of the Internet could make was, "She has grown old." While fans of Kareena jumped to her defence with comments such as "old is gold" and how "gorgeous" the selfie is, trolls posted comments like, "She looks aged and lifeless", "She is getting old now" and "old Kareena."
Some comments even referred to her as "aunty." Meanwhile, some users did not hesitate to troll the actress for looking "malnourished" in the selfie. Comments such as "Give her some glucose", "please eat some food", "Looks unwell and undernourished"
Recently, Kareena came forward during the ongoing coronavirus crisis and pledged her support to various causes.
Last month, Kareena clocked in 20 years in the entertainment industry. She made her debut with the film Refugee which released back in 2000.
Kareena took to her Instagram on June 30, and shared her first shot on the film, which was filmed at 4 am. In the caption, Bebo had written that she woke up in the morning to shoot her first shot, and looked in the mirror to tell herself that it is the best decision she could have ever taken. She also described her time in the industry to be complete of hard work, dedication, and self-confidence.
Kareena was last seen in Angrezi Medium with late Irrfan Khan. She would also be seen playing the lead role in Karan Johar's Takht, which has a star-studded cast.
