Shahid Kapoor-Varun Dhawan to Salman Khan-Mithoon: Ugly verbal fights that left audience stunt at award shows
Bollywood award shows are the most awaited gala events for their fans and audience. An award function includes small skits, dance performances other than distributing awards to the winners.

We all know that every award show is scripted, but there are a few times when the actors or awardees lose their control and get into major verbal fights which turned into pretty ugly ones. Here's a list of arguments at award shows, read on.

Shahid Kapoor-Varun Dhawan
One time, Varun Dhawan hosted a particular segment in FilmFare, where he named five Bollywood actors who have benchmarked with their dancing performances. After naming four actors, Varun funnily mentioned himself, but Shahid took it on a wrong foot and got offended. Soon they got into a verbal quarrel.

Ashutosh Gowarikar-Sajid Khan
In Screen Awards, Ashutosh Gowarikar received Best Film Of the Year for Jodhaa Akbar. While receiving, he backlashed at Sajid Khan who was the then host of that show. Ashutosh felt attacked by the host's behaviour and mentioned that he was 'deeply hurt and upset'.

Salman Khan-Mithoon
When song lyricist and singer Mithoon was receiving his award, Salman Khan was poking him continuously. When Mithoon defended and said he was waited six long hours to get the award, Salman shouted at him.

Neil Nitin Mukesh- Shah Rukh and Saif Ali Khan
There was a time when Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan used to host most of the Filmfare sections. Now, this argument is a popular one. They trolled Neil Nitin Mukesh for not having a surname. But, Neil didn't take it as a joke and told them that it's an insult to his father also as he was sitting in the audience bench. Neil also asked them to shut up, and they cool it off by saying sorry.
