RadhaKrishn: Mallika Singh to entertain fans again; producer quashes rumours
Siddharth Kumar Tewary, producer of 'RadhaKrishn', has finally reacted to the rumours of Mallika Singh making an exit from the show
After witnessing a complete lockdown for over two months in the wake of COVID 19 outbreak, the entertainment industry is gradually coming back to action.
It is reported that popular show RadhaKrishn which features Sumedh Mudgalkar and Mallika Singh in lead roles of Krishn and Radha respectively has resumed shooting.
While the fans have been eagerly waiting for the new episodes, there were reports that Mallika will no longer be a part of the show. It was reported that since the show has introduced the Mahabharat track in it, Radha’s track will be over.
Producer Siddharth Kumar Tewary has denied the rumours floating on the internet while talking to a leading daily. He said that Mallika will continue to essay the role of Radha till the show is on air.
The ‘Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush’ producer further said that the show will focus on Radha and Krishna’s story after the Mahabharat track ends.
"Not at all. Mallika will continue to be our Radha till the show ends. The show is basically about Radha and Krishna and it is about their journey. We have introduced the 'Mahabharat' track, so it will focus on Arjun and Draupadi's characters but that does not mean Radha's character is over. After the track ends, it will again be back to Radha and Krisha's story," Siddharth told The Times Of India.
Mallika has managed to win the hearts of the viewers as her character in the mythological show has received appreciation from all corners.
The chirpy actress is known for her roles in RadhaKrishn (2018), Gully Boy (2019) and Kirpaan: The Sword of Honour (2014).
