Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn recently bought a big bungalow in the Juhu area of Mumbai. Ajay currently resides in Shiv Shakti Bungalow, which is close to the newly bought property.
According to Zapkey.com, Ajay's house is spread across 474.4 square meters and has reportedly been purchased at Rs. 47.5 crore. The actor took a loan of Rs. 18.75 crore for the property.
The actor reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.37 crore on the deal, a transfer deed document and not a sale.
The report mentions that the plot is part of the Kapole Cooperative Housing Society in Juhu, which transferred the bungalow in the joint name of Veena Virendra Devgn and Vishal Virendra Devgn aka Ajay Devgn on May 07. Ajay purchased on December 29, 2020, and the loan was taken on April 27, 2021.
The seller of the bungalow is Bhavesh Balkrishna Walia. It is reported that the bungalow size is 474.4 sq.m and has a built area of around 6,500 sq ft carpet.
Ajay Devgn will be next seen Bhuj: The Pride Of India features Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi and others in pivotal roles. The actor will also be seen in Maidaan, where Ajay will essay the legendary coach Syed Abdul Rahim, who is said to be the founding father of Indian football.
