Since then, the romance between the two bloomed, and they later got married in an intimate ceremony in Italy. Once when Ranveer Singh appeared on Koffee With Karan, the host of the show Karan Johar bombarded him with some interesting questions. When asked whom he wants to work next, Deepika or Alia? Ranveer was quick enough to say "both".

Karan Johar laughed at Ranveer's witty answer, and Singh felt that it would be a blockbuster idea to make a film like this. Deepika and Ranveer were last seen together in Padmavaat. Their fans are utterly excited to see the duo together once again in the film.
