Rohit dated Sofia Hayat prior to marrying Ritika Sajdeh: Rohit's love story, too, is no short of a surprise. Although he might be happily ever after with his current wife Ritika Sajdeh, he had reportedly dated model cum actress Sofia Hayat. The two had met at a club in London, where the two kissed each other and danced. Although Rohit had introduced her to the media as a fan, the latter was hurt after Rohit admitted that there was nothing between them. She had even posted herself nude on Twitter, dedicating it to Rohit after he had scored a world record 264 in ODIs.
Kohli lashes out at a journalist: Kohli is well-known for his temperament on the field. Although he is known to be a calm and humble person when outside the field, he lost it against a journalist during a media interaction. During a training session at the 2015 ICC World Cup, in Australia, Kohli hurled abuses at a journalist for assuming that the latter had written a displeasing article on him and Anushka. Nonetheless, upon realising that it was written by someone else, he went and apologised to the journalist.
Rohit hurls abuses at a bystander: There are videos on YouTube, where Rohit is seen hurling abuses at a bystander, who was watching Team India train. Although it is not unknown when and where was this video shot, Rohit is seen abusing the bystander, who happened to have said something to Rohit, which in return had irked the latter. Later, seamer Praveen Kumar joins him and abuses too.
Kohli used a fake name for his wedding arrangements: Kohli and Anushka's wedding was no less than a surprise, as both tied the knot in Italy, in a private ceremony, which lacked big celebrities. However, the couple later gave away reception parties in Delhi and Mumbai. Nonetheless, what was unique that they ensured to use a fake name during the arrangements for their wedding, in order to avoid the news getting leaked.
