West Bengal registers 896 new COVID-19 cases; 26 more deaths

On Sunday (January 3), West Bengal registered 896 new COVID-19 cases. The total active cases declined to 10,446.

<p>According to the state health bulletin, the state registered 26 deaths in the past 24 hours taking the toll to 9,792.</p>

<p>Out of the 26 deaths, 8 were reported from Kolkata while 7 were reported from North 24 Parganas.<br />&nbsp;</p>
