Coronavirus: Active cases drop further in West Bengal, recover rate at 95.35%

West Bengal reports 1,628 new COVID-19 cases. According to the state health bulletin, the count for active cases in the state has reached 15,689 on Wednesday (December 23). 

<p>34 people died in a single day in the state pushing the death toll to 9,473. Out of the 34 deaths, 6 are from Kolkata and 12 from North 24 Parganas.</p>
