Bikaner-based jewellers, the 'Khajanchi' family, which has been making the jewellery for the erstwhile royal family of Bikaner, has been roped in to make a special design for Richa Chadha's bridal jewellery ahead of her wedding with actor Ali Fazal, reportedly. The couple's pre-wedding celebrations are set to begin from September 30 onwards.

Speaking of the wedding preparations, a new update regarding Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal’s wedding has been going around in the media. Per the reports, Richa’s jewellery is being prepared on special order by a 175-year-old Bikaner-based Khajanchi family that is known for its bridal jewellery, especially for its heritage workmanship.
The jeweller family from Bikaner in Rajasthan will be designing a signature piece for Richa Chadha for the occasion of her wedding. The jewellers of the Khajanchi family are descendants of Motichand Khazanchi, one of the earliest custodians of Rajasthani art. The patrons of his jewellery include the royal family of Bikaner.

Meanwhile, dates for Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal’s wedding festivities have been fixed with their pre-wedding celebrations beginning on September 30 and will last for three days. The couple's Mehendi and sangeet ceremony will be held on October 1. The wedding will take place on October 6 and the wedding reception will be on October 2 and 7. While their pre-wedding celebration will be held in New Delhi, Richa and Ali’s marriage would take place in Mumbai among their family members, friends, and colleagues from the film industry.
