The captain of the Indian women's cricket team recently shared a throwback picture with her friends Amreen Khurana and Afshan Kaura on Twitter. In the picture, Mithali was wearing a black spaghetti top that shows off a bit of her cleavage.

Soon after, a few self-proclaimed social media moral police, however, did not like the picture as they thought that the dress she was wearing was too glamorous for a cricketer. 

Well, according to them only actresses have the right to look glamorous in public. They also advised Mithali to delete the picture. A few even said her to become an ‘Indian Woman’, specifically a Tamil Nadu woman.

However, her fans were quick to jump to Mithali's defence. The fans didn't just support her, but also called out the trolls for having such a backward mindset. "Soch badlo desh badlo" (change your thinking, change your country).
