Amala Paul and Vijay: Amala Paul and director AL Vijay's separation has proved out to be one of the ugliest and most scandalous separations the industry has ever seen. While Amala's friend alleged that Vijay and his family were torturing her mentally, the director's family claimed that Amala was only concerned about her career than the family. One thing led to another, and the couple ended up having an ugly showdown.

 

 

Lissy and Priyadarshan: Both ended their 24-year-long marriage in the ugliest way possible. While Lissy claimed that her marriage had always been disrespectful and problematic, Priyadarshan alleged that her ego ruined their marriage. It was reported that during one of their divorce proceedings, Lissy insulted Priyadarshan and his work in front of people. And Priyadarshan gave a fitting reply to Lissy through his successful work in 'Oppam'. A close friend of the couple, Mohanlal, too was embroiled in their controversy.

 

 

Divya Unni is an actress cum dancer who tried her luck in both Tamil and Malayalam film industry. She was married to Dr. Sudhir Shekharan for 14 years and this marriage came to an end in the year 2016. In an interview, Divya said that it was unfortunate to put a stop to a long relationship. Shanthi Krishna is a known name in Malayalam and Tamil films. She got married to Bajore Sadasivan later filed for divorce in 2016. This was Shanthi's second marriage. She was earlier married to the actor ‘ Sreenath’. 

 

 

Soundarya R Ashwin: Soundarya, daughter of legendary actor ' Rajinikanth', and director of the movie Kochadaiiyaan.  Last year Soundarya confirmed that all is not well between her and her industrialist husband Ashwin Ramkumar. Soundarya got married to him in 2010 and they are blessed with a one-year-old son. The high-profile couple had been living separately for over a year now.
