Shocking: Lust filled teacher demands sex from school girls to award marks, promotion
A 45-year-old government school teacher was arrested for allegations of touching the girl students inappropriately and demanding them to sleep with him, failing which he would fail them in subjects.
FollowAn inspection by Education Department officials at a Government school at Alwar District in Rajasthan resulted in a political science teacher being arrested after students alleged about his 'sex' class and demands of sexual favors to pass them in the exam.
As per reports, the accused Dev Prakash Yadav was arrested under SC/ST Atrocities (Prevention) Act, apart from facing POCSO Act for child molestation and harassment.
The Block Education Officer was on a visit to the Government school to check the progress and was stunned after girl students revealed about lusty Yadav touching them and making them feel uncomfortable.
It is alleged that Yadav used to threaten his students by giving them negative marks and failing them if they fail to fulfil his demand.
Following his arrest and production in POSCO court, after hearing the case, the accused was sent to 14-day judicial custody.
Earlier, another Government school teacher aged 26 was accused of luring a 16-year-girl into a relationship and indulging in sex at school premises twice, once at a hotel and also filming the same. The accused then threatened her not to reveal their relationship.
Following her complaint, the police arrested the accused.
