Kalaburagi: 5-year-old brutally killed over inter-caste love affair
A 5-year-old girl allegedly fell victim to her cousin’s illicit affair in Kalaburagi district. The victim went missing nine days ago while she was playing outside her house.
FollowKalaburagi: A fight over a love story ended in a tragedy with a 5-year-old girl allegedly murdered in Kalaburagi district. The incident was reported from Havanur village in Afzalpur taluk of kalaburagi district. The deceased was identified as Shwetha.
The innocent life was cut allegedly due to the fight over a love story. Shwetha, the victim went missing nine days ago while she was playing in front of her house in Havanur village. She went missing on December 4 morning and on the same day, a huge fight took place between two families over the love affair.
Deceased’s cousin sister was reportedly in love with a boy from another caste. A heated argument broke out between the deceased’s father and the boy’s family over the alleged affair.
The parents now accused the boy’s family of taking revenge over them by killing their 5-year-old daughter.
A murder case has been registered at the Afzalpur police station and the cops are investigating the case.
The villagers and the parents are mourning the loss of the little girl whose life was cut short due to an inter-caste affair. The brutal murder of the innocent child has shocked the entire village. It is unfortunate that such an incident has occurred in the name of honour killing.
