Virat Kohli copies Shammy Kapoor; shows his dancing skills with Anushka Sharma
While Virat Kohli is already an established cricketer, it seems like he has what it takes to shine in Bollywood, as his latest ad with Anushka Shamra suggests the same.
FollowIndian skipper Virat Kohli is currently in England, preparing to lead his side in the upcoming five-Test series for the Pataudi Trophy, starting Wednesday. However, ahead of the series, he has presented a different version of himself.
Everyone knows how established a cricketer Kohli is. Furthermore, his personal life with his Bollywood wife, Anushka Sharma, continues to fascinate his fans.
Consequently, many have wondered if he has what it takes to make it to and shine in Bollywood, considering his charismatic looks. Well, it seems like his fans might have got the answer to it.
Recently, he shared an ad on his social media handles for the Indian soap brand Lux, featuring himself and Anushka. In the ad, as Anushka emerges with her glowing face, Kohli stares at her mesmerised.
As Anushka asks him, "What are you looking at?" Kohli recites the line of a famous Bollywood song Ye chand sa raushan chehera, sung by Mohammed Rafi for the 1964 movie Kashmir Ki Kali, starring late-great actor Shammy Kapoor. The two dance momentarily before leaving.
Kohli captioned the video, "@anushkasharma's #ChandSaRoshanChehra, 😍 with new Lux, has got me dancing these days ❤️". Meanwhile, Anushka shared the same by captioning, "My #ChandSaRoshanChehra with New Lux keeps @virat.kohli on his toes! 😋".
