Chandrababu Naidu Controversial Statements give rise to doubts

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s statements that ‘Foreigners are questioning about JMR’s corruption’ and ‘Investors are scared to invest in AP’ are giving rise to a lot of doubts on the CM's former address to the state.

Speaking to the media after the Assembly session was postponed, Chandrababu made these statements among many others. His critics are now questionning as to how can Chandrababu term a person as corrupt until proven guilty in court? YSRCP (Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party) supremo JMR’s (YS Jaganmohan Reddy) case is still being heard in court.

The opposition alleges that if JMR is a culprit, so also are the other ministers like Central Minister from TDP Sujana Chowdhary, State Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao, MLCs Vakati Narayana Reddy, Srinivas and others whose cases are still being heard for cheating hundreds of crores.

Secondly, in the two Partnership Summits held in the last two years in Visakhapatnam, Chandrababu claimed that MoUs have been signed for Rs 26 lakh crores from the investors. This statement contradicts his current statement.
