Shimla celebrates this traditional festival after every 20 years

Shimla: Villagers of Shimla’s Guthan area organised traditional festival of local deity which is celebrated only after every two decades. Foreign and Indian tourists in large numbers witnessed rare festival. Various traditional dances were performed.
