NSUI Protesters Detained in Patna Over SIR | Water Cannons Used

Tension gripped Patna as police used water cannons to disperse NSUI workers protesting against the Special Summary Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. Several protesters were detained during the demonstration. The protest was part of growing opposition to the controversial voter verification exercise in Bihar.
