Mahagathbandhan parties, led by Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav, staged a 'Bihar Bandh' on July 9, burning tyres and blocking highways and rail tracks in protest of the Election Commission’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR), demanding inclusive voter rolls.
