Lawyers vs Delhi Police: Cops stage protest outside PHQ after clash at Tis Hazari Court

New Delhi: Several police personnel staged a protest outside Police Head Quarters (PHQ) in the national capital on November 5. The protests came after a clash broke out between police and lawyers at Tis Hazari Court on November 2. At least 20 police personnel and a number of advocates were injured while many vehicles were vandalised and set on fire during the incident. Delhi Police has issued an order to its officers asking them to ensure the safety of their fellow officers.
