In a gruesome incident, a mother-in-law’s legs were chopped by her daughter-in-law because of property feud. According to Telugu One India, this incident took place in Choutuppal in Telangana’s Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district on Sunday.
The reports say that Muccherla Ramulu and his wife Mangamma (60) had two daughters and a son. They have two houses in the locality and the couple recently registered one house in the name of their youngest daughter Sujatha who is physically handicapped.
Their daughter-in-law Jayasri was deeply angered after hearing this news. Both the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law were again in a fight on Sunday. The fight reached to such intensity that Jayasri took a mortar and started attacking Mangamma, and then she took a sharp weapon, hacked Mangamma’s two legs and fled the scene.
The neighbours hearing Mangamma’s screams informed the police who saw Mangamma lying in a pool of blood. Police have registered a case against Jayasri and are searching for her.
