I failed as a Director says Bahubali writer Vijayendra Prasad

Senior writer in Tollywood, KV Vijayendra Prasad, who gave many famous stories including the recent blockbuster film Bahubali failed as a director.

His recently directed Srivalli failed to impress the audience, although the concept of drama sci-fi thriller could have created a sensation in the film industry. The film has Rajath and Neha Hinge in the lead roles with all the elements of success, but the audience rejected the film as it didn’t have the element of surprise.

When talking about the film, director Vijayendra took complete responsibility of the film's failure saying, “The story is very good and the cast and crew worked tirelessly for the film. Though the producers backed with a huge budget, it was my failure as a director which was the reason for its flop.”

The past directorial films of Vijayendra Prasad were Chandrabose and Rajanna, which were also flops as they failed to impress the viewers.
