The past couple of weeks have been exciting for mobile users as telcos like Vodafone and BSNL have been churning out some lucrative deals. Adding to these is the newest data plan from Airtel.
The Rs 5 plan brings 4GB of 4G data to users. The validity is seven days. Now, if the validity period is over, you cannot carry forward data, if any.
This plan is only for prepaid users and those who buy a new SIM will have to activate the plan within 54 days, according to GadgetsNow.
The company had recently launched a plethora of new plans. Competing with Jio's Rs 399 plan, Airtel had introduced 1GB 4G data per day along with unlimited calls (local and STD) at Rs 399. However, it isn't available for all. So, prepaid users will have to check for eligibility.
Apart from this plan, the others include the Rs 8 plan that offers local and STD calls at 30 paise/minute for 56 days. The Rs 40 and Rs 60 plans offers talk time worth Rs 35 and Rs 58 respectively. Both get unlimited validity.
The Rs 149 plan and Rs 199 plan bring Airtel to Airtel calls + 2GB 4G data, and unlimited local calls + 1GB of 2G/3G/4G data, respectively. Both offer 28 days of validity.
