DMK chief and main opposition leader MK Stalin draws special attention in TN assembly to discuss on the money laundering issue that was reported during the by-elections in RK Nagar.

He questioned the reason for no case having been filed against the Chief Minister, TTV Dinakaran and others.

The Speaker, P Dhanapal, said he would not postpone other activities of the assembly to discuss this issue.

Chief Minister E Palaniswami spoke about the cases against DMK and said, “There are 40 cases registered against the DMK for the malpractices during the by-election, of which 12 cases are registered for bribing the voters. Investigations are going on.”

DMK party members walked out again as their request to discuss was denied.
