IT sleuths recover super luxe cars from Dhinakarans middleman

Sukesh Chandrasekhar, the alleged middleman of TTV Dhinakaran, who was arrested in New Delhi in April was in possession of  Rs 1.5 crore and an illegal BMW and a Mercedes that he used to use during his visits to the capital.

According to a report by the NDTV, that is not all that he has. Last weekend, I-T sleuths recovered close to 10 super luxury cars belonging to him from Kochi. Incidentally, they had been parked in posh premises. These included Porsche, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce and Range Rover.

Tax officials say, they were led to the assets by one of the business associates of Chandrasekhar. It is also being said that the cars were bought with undeclared and untaxed money. The 27-year-old is already in jail for his alleged involvement in bribing officials for buying the 2-leaf symbol of AIADMK. It is said that when he was arrested in New Delhi, he was there to finalise a deal to buy the symbol, which is considered a political asset. It has been alleged that Chandrasekhar was deployed to bribe the officials by TTV Dhinakaran, the ousted member of the AIADMK, although the latter denies the accusations.

It has also been reported that last month, tax officials seized a Bentley and Jaguar belonging to Chandrasekhar from Bengaluru. Incidentally, he has been arrested twice and is a wanted criminal in several states.
