Former cricketer Rahul Dravid has transformed into a Kannada teacher. In a viral video, Rahul Dravid taught the local language Kannada to the British High Commissioner to India, Alex Ellis, during the India vs England Test series.
Well, it's not a full-time job, but he indeed got an opportunity to teach a word in the local language to an Englishman. The diplomat shared this video on Twitter. In the 29-seconds-long clip, Alex Ellis was learning a Kannada word. He obtained the help of Team India head coach Rahul Dravid to help him learn a new language.

In the video, Rahul Dravid taught the diplomat a phrase in Kannada - "Bega Odi" or "run fast". The video has garnered over 1 lakh views and numerous comments.

Alex Ellis is interested in cricket-related phrases and also tasted some popular regional dishes of India. Last week, he shared a video where he was seen enjoying a dosa - first with proper cutlery and then with his hands - to decide which way worked better. Take a look.
