European Football's governing body UEFA has announced the venues for the next four Champions League finals from 2022-2025.

The UEFA Executive Committee met on Friday to discuss the venues for the cup finals.

According to the official tweet, St Petersburg, Istanbul, London, and Munich have been chosen as the venues for hosting the next four finals.

The 2022 edition will be played at St Petersburg in Russia.

The 2023 UEFA Champions League final, which was originally to be played in Munich, will be hosted by Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul.

London retained the rights to stage the UEFA Champions League finals in 2024.

To compensate two of the cities whose hosting rights were restructured, the UEFA Executive Committee approved a settlement agreement.

The agreement, the committee said, recognises the efforts and financial investment put by the two cities in preparation for the tournament. Accordingly, Turkey and Munich would stage future club competition finals.
