IPL 2018: Chennai Super Kings beat Mumbai Indians by 1 wicket
The inaugural IPL 2018 match featuring CSK vs MI (Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians), played at Wankhede in Mumbai on April 7th, saw Chennai beat three-time champions Mumbai Indians by 1 wicket.Â
Just when it looked Mumbai Indians had the game in their bag, having reduced CSK to 118 for eight, in their chase of 165 for four, Dwayne Bravo smashed 68 off 30 balls (seven sixes) to help take CSK closer to the target. An injured Kedar Jadhav returned to bat for CSK and sealed the deal with a six and a four.
