BSY gets Rs 1.16 crore-worth Toyota Land Cruiser for state-wide tour

According to reports, Yeddyurappa has decided to shun the state president’s car and instead will be using a brand new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado gifted to him by former state industries minister Murugesh Nirani.
His new Toyota Prado comes with hi-tech facilities and special adjustments to help him stand inside the car and wave to the general public. The SUV has BJP State president’s name plate and registered as KA 03 MY 4545.
“The car has been gifted to me by Murugesh for my safety and comfort,” Yeddyurappa said. “What is wrong in accepting the luxury car as a gift,” he retorted after reporters raised questions on his new ride.
