Sudeep’s day out with estranged wife raises eyebrows
FollowSandalwood actor and director Sudeep and his wife Priya were seen together during the audio release of the Kannada movie ‘Jigarthanda’, being produced by Sudeep. Their daughter Saanvi also had accompanied the couple.
The couple seemed happy and Sudeep publically thanked his wife Priya for being a great support to him.
I am really happy that you are here today. Whatever the matter may be, I am thankful to her for making it to the programme today. The movie wouldn’t have been a reality without her support and efforts. Thank you for your cooperation, said Sudeep amidst claps filling the auditorium.
Sudeep was also seen enjoying the company of his daughter Saanvi.
Sudeep’s father Sanjeev, actors Ravichandran, Ravishankar and others were present at the audio release function.
Meanwhile, the hearing of Sudeep-Priya’s divorce petition was postponed to July 29 as both failed to attend the hearing.
Sudeep’s elder sister, who had filed the divorce application on behalf of the actor, was present for the hearing. But the court had said that a decision can only be taken after listening to the couple speak on the issue.
The court has now directed Sudeep and Priya to be present at the hearing to be held on June 29.
