“MK Ganapathy left the place in 2014 December, when a case was filed against him, with courage, morale and sperm, (Dhairya, Shourya matthu Veerya),” said Saravana. (Yes, he did say that).

One presumes he meant to say 'Veeratva', which means 'bravery'.

When the entire session burst out in laughter over this mistake, Speaker DH Shankaramurthy said, “Mr Saravana, you speak Kannada with great difficulty. Why did you speak so?”

Though embarrassed, Saravana decided to continue and started reading the letter in relation to Ganapathy's case.

Seeing him struggle to utter every word, Speaker intervened and said, “I know, you find it tough to read Kannada.”

But his speech on ‘sperm’ left the council bustling with giggles for a quite a while.
