Nayanthara's driver cum bodyguard is a murder accused!

As the debate over unholy nexus between underworld and Malayalam film industry is heating up, another news has emerged that the driver of popular South Indian actress Nayanthara is an accused in a murder case. 
 

Reports claim that Sethu, the bodyguard and driver of Nayanthara was accused in a political murder that took place in Cherthala. He was named fifth accused in the murder case of a Congress leader. 
 

The incident took place during his tenure as the driver of the actress. Despite being named accused in a murder case, he continues to be the bodyguard of Nayanathara.
 

The abduction and sexual harassment of a popular Malayalam actress on February 17 on a moving car have exposed the relationship between goondas and film industry. There were reports that the sector is currently in the grip of a lobby involving actors, producers and directors, who are hand-in-glove with history sheeters and criminals. Actor-turned-politician K B Ganesh Kumar MLA had alleged that some actors are using the help of quotation gangs to assert their strength in the industry and for personal interests. 
 

There were speculations that the rivals may have hired quotation gangs to settle scores with the actress and to ruin her career. The conspiracy theory gained ground after several prominent personalities from the industry, including actress Manju Warrier, hinted about the angle while addressing a protest meet. BJP leader V Muralidharan to sought a probe into the reported tiff between abducted actress and a superstar in the industry. 
 

However, people and organisations associated with the industry ruled out such possibilities rallying behind the actor.
