New Year and Valentine’s Day are just round the corner and people are on their toes to get in shape to welcome the two party-filled events of next year.

 

Whether to flaunt your muscles or curves fitness centre is the best way to shed that unwanted weight.

 

Mohammed Mustaqeem, owner of the Impact Fitness Studios says, "Although we have good number of regular clients, during this season, there will be a surge."

 

Most people would want to burn a lot of calories and for them a diet plan is worked out along with regular fitness regime. "A 15-minute on thread-mill and cross trainer will show the needed result," he said.

 

While on workout, the candidate will have to limit consumption of alcohol cigarette."

 

"Crazy demand to shed weight and to have a sculpted look has prompted us to have different trainers who work hard from 5 am to 12 pm to help the candidates get a look they want to have,” said Nelson senior trainer at Apple Fitness Center.

 

The physical instructors and gym trainers also feel that the youngsters who hang out with friends wanted to look dazzling as Valentine’s Day will also be approaching soon.

 

 PV Sagar who believes in hanging out with friends on every new year feels very confident to flaunt his body during that time. "My work schedules are crazy and since I need to keep myself fit I give three months time to shape up my body and I take up gym from October every year," he said.
