Actor-parliamentarian Innocent campaigns for Mukesh

Mollywood actor Innocent is one among a few film star- turned politicians who fare with same panache in both.  Actor Mukesh, who is making a debut in electoral politics, couldn't have got anyone better than Innocent to bat for him in Kollam where he is contesting on a CPM ticket. 

Innocent kept the audience glued to their seats with his humorous episodes from his long association with Mukesh in films. He also took witty jibes at the ruling front that left a the audience roaring with laughter. 

 
Innocent won from Chalakkudy Lok Sabha constituency in the 2014 general elections as an independent backed by the Left Democratic Front.
