Karnataka Dalit girl gang raped in Kerala

FollowA dalit girl from Karnataka, who sought treatment at the Kasargod Govt. General Hospital, was allegedly raped by three men, including a temporary employee of the hospital.
The 18-year-old Dalit girl from Karnataka, who reached the hospital for some treatment, sought the help of Kishore, the ambulance driver of the hospital, as she was new to the place, according to the complainant. But he allegedly took her in an autoriskhaw to a nearby lodge and raped her. Two of his friends also joined later and abused the girl for two days, her complaint said.
According to the victim’s statement, Kishore and his friends locked her up in the lodge room for two days and assaulted her. On August 24, the trio dropped her near the railway station.
Subsequently, the girl went to a hospital in Kanhangad with severe stomach pain and doctors found that she was sexually abused and informed the police.
The police have arrested three men identified as V Kishore, 29 and his two friends K N Manju Nath, 34, and M K Anil Kumar,32 as per the complaint.
