The police further revealed that the crime must have been committed a couple of days ago but came to light on Sunday evening.

The deceased have been identified as Parvatraju, 61, and his wife Chandrakala, 55, who were residents of Girijamma Ganapathi Bhavan, a three-storeyed building on Coles Park Road in Frazer Town.
