Bengaluru's double murder: Victim's young daughter discovered bodies
FollowA 58-year-old woman and her daughter-in-law were found murdered at their residence in Vasant Nagar on Monday. According to the police, the women were stabbed multiple times and the culprit is known to the family since there were no signs of forced entry or robbery.
Santoshi Bai and her daughter in law Lata were alone at home at the time of the murder. However, Lata's daughter found both of them lying in a pool of blood after she returned from school.
The moment she saw the bodies she started screaming and shouting which alerted the neighbours.Eventually, they informed the police and their husbands about the murder. The police are still investigating the case and are yet to catch the murderer.
The family had migrated from Rajastan 30 years ago and they run a chemical shop in Balepet.
