Â
Challenging this move, Ganapathy's family filed a petition holding the minister responsible for the policeman's death.
Â
In the hearing which will be held today, if the court instructs the police to file a First Information report (FIR) against the minister then KJ George would have to resign.
Â
The government is likely to take a decision based on the court judgement.Â
