Beware! Fake WhatsApp link offering BSNL 4G sim is a malware

A fake message is doing rounds on the WhatsApp and other social media platforms announcing BSNL 4G Express sim cards. Once you click on the link, it will redirect you to a malware site. 

Along with the BSNL 4G sim, the message offers unlimited calls and data free for a year! Reports quoting cyber experts warn that clicking on the bogus link might help hackers to access your phone. 

The public sector mobile service provider is yet to launch its 4G service. Earlier, another fake message offering free 4G service to Airtel customers. A similar bogus message had been in circulation after the WhatsApp video calling was launched.
