Attack on actress: police recover CCTV visuals of accused

Kerala police got closed circuit television visuals of Salim, one of the accused in attack and assault on the actress, which might be vital in proving the case. Visuals show accused visiting a shop in Kakkanad, twice, after 10.20 pm on the night of the attack. 
 

Salim aka Vadival Salim is seen entering the shop while the owner was about to close the shop. He seems frightened and asks for a bottle of water. He can be seen leaving the shop with water. 
 

After 10 minutes Salim again approaches the store owner and this time he bought cigarette. It is evident from visuals that he is even more frightened this time. 
 

Police also held an identification parade, and sources said that shop owner identified the accused. 
 

The police are yet to recover the mobile phone which was used to record the incident. These visuals might prove vital in proving the crime.
