Appeal for prosecution against CM Siddaramaiah

Anupama Shenoy, Former DySP has submitted an appeal to the Speaker and the governor for a judicial enquiry against CM Siddaramaiah and eight others for criminal conspiracy against her.

The accused in her appeal are CM Siddaramaiah, Dr. G Parameshwara, Home Minister, PT Parameshwara Naik, former Minister, Kempaiah, Advisor to Home Minister, Om Prakash, retired DG, Srinivasa Achar, Commissioner, State Election Commission, Murugan, IGP and R Chetan, SP. In her appeal Anupama Shenoy has requested to allow her to file charge sheet directly to the court.

 

In the press meet Anupama Shenoy told that she has documentary evidences for all her allegations, which she’s going to produce during the trial. She alleged that the government is making every effort to close the case and she said that she’s going to stage a state wide protest against government’s conspiracies and injustice.

After the resignation Anupama Shenoy got support from Ambareesh, former minister, Ramya, former MP and other leaders. She had met many political leaders of all parties including former PM HD Deve Gowda after the resignation. At that time media speculated that either she’s entering into politics or she’s trying to get back to the service. Responding to the questions of the media she denied all such inferences and speculations.                 

 

“Many gazetted officers have mysteriously died tragic death. But I’ve survived as a living fossil. I’ll continue my fight for justice. I’m thinking of filing a complaint at National Women’s Commission. I had filed complaints at Central government and Central Election Commission. They have forwarded the complaints to the state for further probe. But none of the file has moved for further investigation. The state government is trying to bury and close the cases” – Anupama Shenoy
