Yathindra Siddaramaiah to enter politics in place of Rakesh?
Â
Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was all set to field his elder son Rakesh in politics. But his death put his shocked family's plans on hold.
Â
It now seems like his younger son - Dr Yathindra - wants to take up Rakesh’s desire and his father’s wishes, by stepping into politics.
Â
Sources stated that CM Siddaramaiah had advised his son to seek the blessings of the voters, as those have helped their family grow in politics.
Â
It should be noted that before becoming the chief minister, Siddaramaiah also frequently visited his constituency to keep in touch with this supporters.
Â
Now his son Yathindra seems to be following in his footsteps.
Â
However, Yateendra has not made any official statement regarding his joining politics.
Â
He has not yet decided on contesting elections. Currently, he is still in his father’s constituency in Mysuru and staying in their house at Sharadadevi Nagar over the past two days.Â
